Today I tried the turkey club sandwich and I knew I was in for a treat just from the first bite. The turkey + tomato combo was a refreshing pairing along with the Thick-Cut Bacon Frisée which was crisp and so delicious. The real highlight of this sammy was the garlic aioli. The creamy tangy notes really bring the whole dish together in a beautiful enlightening experience. Their cappuccino was delicious as well. I've tried their matcha (iced) in the past too and it was also exceptional. The service was nice and everything came out exceptionally well. No photos because I ate it that fast too. Sidenote: someone skipped me in line which I did not appreciate. I was clearly standing in line and giving enough personal space to the patron in front of me. I would have said something too if I had no self-control but let her slide this time as I was not in a rush. The restaurant ambiance feels rushed like they push the pace to get the most customers in and out. Good for work if you snag a seat and have a good pair of headphones on ya.

If you're looking for pan de jamón for your next gathering or just to have at home, look no further than Caracas bakery. With multiple locations in Miami, there's no reason to stop in for a little treat or for a meal. Everything is delicious with the freshly made bread as the hero ingredient in their sandwiches and toasts. Don't forget a café con leche while you're at it! The miracle mile location does not have too much seating but depending on the time you're there, you can get a table and enjoy your meal. Staff is really nice and definitely seem like they're proud of what they're serving. Great small business to support and plenty of delicious options to satisfy your taste buds!

Fantastic palmeritas. Great spot to bring your laptop and get some work done. It's also not super loud, so you can take a zoom call (I saw others doing so). The food is pricey, but the pastries are delicious. They also had some good espresso-based coffees (no drip). As has become common in miami coffee shops, they charge $1 more for iced coffee. Which doesnt make sense to me considering you are technically getting less coffee with the ice filling up the cup

Cute addition to the neighborhood. Definitely a small place and expect to wait in line especially on the weekends. There's not a lot of tables and there's generally a big rush around 10am. Parking is available right in front. Generally all the food is great. The pasties are pretty amazing. My favorite go to breakfast has to be the Pan con tomate. It's refreshing and the sourdough bread is always baked to perfection.

Wow! As a Venezuelan, I was kind of skeptical about going to Caracas Bakery in MiMo (I tried the one in Doral, and the employees were super rude). Anyway, at the MiMo location, everyone was super nice and friendly. I love that they have tables where you can sit and work (which was my plan). I tried a palmerita, and it was not what I was expecting, but it was even better (the first bite was like, wow!). I also ordered an iced latte, which I loved. They also have different milk options.

My father-in-law, a gourmet (with a hard "t"), told us that Caracas Bakery has the best croissant around. With that rave review, my husband and I knew we had to try it. Parking is extremely difficult in the little strip mall in which it's located. While the interior is decorated in a hip, modern style, tables sit occupied by folks on their laptops who have finished their meals or coffees quite a while ago. The staff is fine, not overly friendly, and not super knowledgeable of the pastries in the case. (When I asked what something was, they told me it was a guava "bampkin." It was a guava babka. But nonetheless, the croissant was delightful, the guava babka - inspired, the ham and cheese cachito - excellent, and the pan con tomate was expertly seasoned. I would come back, but just for take out.

I consider this a he said/ she said review, because my experience wasn't at the actual store but rather at the EeeeeatsCon food festival. Caracas Bakery and my hours never seem to sync. But when I saw their booth at the festival..I realized I need to put the effort into making my timeframe work. They serve this delicious Shakshuka Foccaccia that is the definition of chef's kiss. It kinda looks like a lasagna but is a light toasted yet airy focaccia bread seasoned with tomato sauce and topped with a yummy runny egg and ricotta cheese. A guava cruffin (croissant & muffin hybrid) with a generous helping of guava jelly and sprinkled powdered sugar gave me a sweet ending. Food like this makes me hope for a time my schedule will sync!
